Nudge History
(All Apps)
- Summary: Users can now see when all nudge requests were made, including which email addresses received the nudge.
- Instructions: Go to your transaction's "History" subtab. All nudge transactions will appear in this section, and when "view details" is selected the list of email addresses that received the nudge will appear.
App Home Filtering
(All Apps)
- Summary: Users have the ability now to filter transactions on the App Home table.
- Instructions: Go to the App Home Table. By default, all transactions will appear on this table. Use the filter function to search for values from any of the fields displayed on the App Home Table.
Batch-Download Attachments
(Vendor Accrual Confirm App; Budget Manager Review App)
- Summary: From the Replies Table, users can download all attachments from confirmees with one click of a button.
- Instructions: Go to the Replies Table. If any of the confirmees attached a file with their Gappify WebForm submission, the "Download All Attachments" option will appear at the top of the replies table.
View Drill-Down Details on WebForms
(Vendor Accrual Confirm App; Budget Manager Review App)
- Summary: Confirmees can drill down on any fields displayed on their WebForm. For example, on our Budget Manager Confirm App - the confirmee/Budget Manager can view all invoices associated with their PO number.

Expanded Replies Table

- Summary: The Replies Table has been re-designed to allow users to see a greater/expanded view of confirmee submissions.
